Hurray! , it's here, after a long time waiting(5 days can feel like a lifetime), myself and my fellow coworker and beer aficionado Tony received our Beer making kits from Brooklyn BrewShop. Tonight, we will be embarking on the joys of home brewing; actually, just Tony, because I had a really super lame time trying to find some of the tools for the job at hand. By the way Goodwill, I am super pissed off at your poor collection of cookware, huge disappointment. Anyway, we are very excited to start making beer on our own, enjoy the process of mashing, fermenting and bottling; oh God!, just talking about it is making my mouth drip wet with gay joy. Tony knows what I am talking about!!!!
Hopefully, by the end of the week I will have everything I need to make my first one gallon of beer, its going to be a long time until we get to taste the fruit of our labor(about month!).
So...Stay tune, follow Tony and I on our silly little home beer making dreams, it should be full of action, mystery, comedy, maybe some nudity, possibly some kittens and lots and lots of beer!
